Ingredients:
- 5 large eggs
- ½ cup milk
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
- 8 slices Texas toast
- 2 Peaches
- Pecan's (Optional)
- Powdered Sugar (Optional)
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon. Set both mixtures aside.
- Slice each peach into medium-sized wedges.
- Preheat your griddle to medium-high heat.
- Griddle your peaches for a few minutes until they are soft.
- In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Cook over medium-high heat, swirling occasionally, until the mixture turns a deep amber color.
