It's important to be careful about where you purchase your Le Griddle products!

When you buy from unofficial retailers, the products often aren’t sourced through our official retailers or from Le Griddle. These items may come from questionable or unethical sources, and, as a result, are not covered by our factory warranty. Many unofficial retailers, whether online or in physical stores, frequently change their names or locations, making it difficult to resolve customer service issues. Some may even shut down suddenly without notice. While we are actively working to protect consumers from these retailers, the issue remains a concern.
